So today I went on team builder,team got filled quickly and then we all got ready.Cap'n started game and I waited 20 minutes.Talked to the guys about canceling the game and no one answers.Frustrated by that i restarted LoL get in the game and play about 5 mins then we surrender.Then it says I got in low priority...item 3070 item 3070

I was in a team builder once that got filled and when the captain started the game, it took about seven minutes until we actually went to the loading screen. I've only had that problem once and people were chatting with each other. Maybe the people in your game just didn't respond to you.
