Vayne Condemn(E) is Bugged

I Know i haven't been the only one who experienced this, like you Condemn someone that is on top of you ex) Lee Sin 2nd Q onto Vayne, then lee doesn't get knocked back. Please try to fix this as soon as possible.

Found Theoritical Problem: Vayne E someones who is already channeling ability to teleport/dash/ lock-on to her before her animation goes through.

Sounds like animation clipping issue, and possible connectivity (FPS)
