Selecting ban champ bug

After selecting champ and hitting ban I get an error and then the time runs out then I get 30 min ban for dodging. This is the 2nd time it's happened.

Ey, it's back! This WAS a prob back then, but I guess I can look forward to possibly running into this crap again? Hopefully not.

i get almost the same problem too. my client just freezes and i cant ban or pick champion .i lost my promos becous i couldnt lock in champion
