Purple or blue filled box on mouse-over (turret, champ, minion) Screenshots
Basically the title. Whenever I mouse-over a turret, minion, or player, a box covers their graphic, sometimes with a "silhouette" of some model. Disappears on mouse click.

What worked for me and many other NVIDIA users, go to your NVIDIA Control Panel>Manage 3D setting>select League of Legends>Antialiasing -Mode> change to Application-controlled
I have this same issue on NA. Once I have something selected (display in top left) IE: creeps, champs, towers - if I mouse over anything IE: creeps, tower, champs - I get a Blue/ Red box around that target.
This issue has been consistent in every game since Patch 4.20. Issue also exist in multiple game modes. Twisted Treeline & Rift Beta
I have re-downloaded the game, updated video card drivers, and adjusted every in-game video setting, issue still exist. Changing the color setting in game.cfg didn't help either.
If it's been acknowledged why isn't it posted up for people to easily find so we stop posting so many about it and post it on there?

HOW TO FIX:
Locate your league of legends folder and within it, the game.cfg file (Should be something like C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config\game.cfg)
Open game.cfg in notepad
Find the line: "Colors=16"
If you have 16, change it to "Colors=32" and reload the client. Test in a custom game.
Tell me if this works. It worked for me, but I'm not 100% sure it works for everyone. Riot seems to have done some updates that screws over 16 bit graphics.

You and everyone else on the Report Bug forum, Reinstalling/Repairing won't fix it, someone said something bout changing a number in a config file but it apparently isn't working for everyone.
Riot still has yet to post an acknowledgement and it would be nice if they did. I cannot play properly with this bug occurring randomly.
I had same problem, but i was able to fix it by deleting this file: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Riot Games\Config\game.cfg". So far (3 games in row), bug hasn't occurred again :)

I've seen minions shoot Summoner Heal icons at me, Yi's portrait replaced with Flash, and various boxes up the wazoo.
