Hextech Annie [Tibber HP bar bug]

Tibbers does not have the same HP bar as every other skin. This makes it really hard to see that Tibbers is in play and how much HP he has left.

Hey!

I just loaded up Hextech Annie and compared it to base Annie, and it looks like the health bars are the same. (Numbers not being centered is another issue. D:)

From your screenshot, looks like he may be blocking an enemy minion, causing that red bar above him to make it look like Tibbers' health bar?
