Jayce qe combo stops at regular distnce

when this happens i have personally nevver hit my intended target so i dont know if the dmg was unchaged or not

1. q or e toward mid lane bush while onthe other side of the wall
2. complete combo
3. witness q go through e and see no increased dmg or explosion radius
