Didnt Get The Token

So i was playing Gangplank and got a mastery token BUT when i clicked on loot to get m7 on him there was no 3rd token. i worked rlly hard to get that token and i dont rlly like it that i got it but i didint somehow.Anyone that can help me just pls reply as fast as possible. thank you so much.
