GAME CRASH SCREEN

Today I was playing an ARAM and right as the game was about to end my game completely crashed. I exited LoL and logged back on to be faced with the "you have abandoned a game" screen and it asks you to reconnect. The match is well over by now and I am still being asked to reconnect. Every time I try to reconnect I get an error. I've never had an issue up till now, is there any way to get off of this reconnect screen so I can continue to play? Thanks!
