Gifting Chromas bugged?

It appears that you can't gift chromas at all. I tried doing it and i had friends as well that couldn't gift me the Battle Regalia Poppy chromas. Riot support told me that it appears to be a bug and to post on the forums.

This is happening to me as well, it seems like the chromas aren't showing up at all.

Bundles can't be gifted, due to the store functionality, unfortunately, and the chromas fall into the 'bundle' category. D:
