Patch 5.18 anti teemo fiora and morde bugs
Fiora resisted an ignite somehow taking no damage and no debuff.
Also mordekaiser could q through a blind, proccing the third hit on a 4th autoattack

Fiora's W is meant to parry ignite,
Morde's Q is meant to go through blind as well. These aren't bugs, they're abilities working as intended.
