I'm playing a game as Zoe, it's going well, I made a very impactful play, and suddenly, right after this play, our entire team's clients crash simultaneously, causing us to dc for 4-8 minutes, losing us the game.

You can judge based on how the enemy team interacts with seeing us standing there disconnected. Zoe, Jhin, Graves, and Renekton did not show any sign that they knew _BEFORE _ through pings or change in playstyle before the disconnections occurred, they were confused and you can see that on the vod.
I would like a riot member to discuss with us what the problem could be to prevent more people from losing LP such as us.
And l am Ironman1 votesI've had this crash too I was premade with 4 friends and the other team had a Jhin on the RED side aswell as in your situation and at some point when he used W the game crashed for all of us
