I'm playing a game as Zoe, it's going well, I made a very impactful play, and suddenly, right after this play, our entire team's clients crash simultaneously, causing us to dc for 4-8 minutes, losing us the game.

Did the other team have a Jihn?
The same thing happened to me just now, exactly the same. The enemy team had a jhin as well so that might be it.
I've had this crash too I was premade with 4 friends and the other team had a Jhin on the RED side aswell as in your situation and at some point when he used W the game crashed for all of us
