Items Sets keep disappearing

Dear Riot. I have been having problems with custom items sets. All of the custom sets and blocks would keep disappearing and I would have to recreate all of the sets all over again. It happened to me 3 times already and I've had friends report to me that this has also happened to them. I do not know the cause behind this. Please help with this problem.

yeah, i just got back into League, and noticed im having the exact same problem. I'm making sure to save them and everything, but it still keeps removing all but the first block
