Teemo Shroom Bug

Just played a game against a Teemo. I noticed that when hitting a shroom there was no explosion sound or animation to indicate it. Only way to know was watching your health tick down and a poison indicator above your head when you were no where near anyone else or anything else that would cause this.

I just played as a Teemo and I didn't see that happen at all- I think other factors were present. Did anyone else on your team experience this or was it only you?
