Windows 10 - Black Screen - Nothing works, HELP

We've all read the trick: -- Check "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" -- Check "run this program as administrator" •Uncheck "Compatibility Mode" -- Apply/OK, then try LoL once again But this doesn't work for me. I click on to league, and the preview page is perfectly fine. I then go to click Launch and all the sudden its black. Music is still playing and when I mouse over where the info should be, the cursor changed as if its actually there. Nothing has been helping me. I even updated my graphics card drivers and still, nothing. I did have windows 7 before upgrading so any suggestions? Edit: Ive even uninstalled and installed LoL again. Still.. Not working.

Hey man, i had the problem too. Try this. Go to DEVICE MANAGER. Look for your graphics card, disable it, log in, once youre in, reenable and youre good! Cheers mate!

I tried this and it still didnt work. any other suggestions?

did the whiledisable dpi settings? updated your intel or amd card? Adobe air up to date?

yes everything is up to date and I did the disable dpi setting

Hm, how about right click on the launcher, compatability, then hit recommended settings, get the troubleshooter up and see if that works. Try to launch in compatability with whichever OS you had before 10

My question is, you launch, hit launch, then black screen right? Don't hit anything else, just type in your password and hit enter. Can you get in? You can tell if the music stops. Also, is it an all black screen?? Or can you see the version or anything on the top border of the client?

yes i hit launch then black screen. I even type in my username and password and i can hear it log in but its still a black screen. I can even hear the sound when i enter the shop, but yeah its still a black screen. And its just a black square, and i cannot see the version number or borders. And yes i even clicked compatibility with windows 8 and still nothing.

And you disabled ALL your display drivers right?? Disable. Not update. Not uninstall. ALl that seems to happen is your resolution takes a small hit, but once you get in and can see everything, reenable your display drivers

Glad to hear man, i keep the device manager active in case i need to log in and out, just waiting on Microsoft to fix these bugs in the OS before we can log onto league normally -_-
