[CRASH] Continuously disconnected

im new to this but i do know a little about how my computer hooks to games and i also know when my internet is running (especially when my brother is using his laptop on the couch) anyway. im constantly being DC'd from the server and it's quite frustrating. can anyone help me please? The picture is the error message i keep getting.
