Some key combination breaks client completely

Hopefully you can review game logs for key combinations - if you can see where I disconnected, start about 1-2 mins prior to the disconnect. You'll see my mouse stop moving (if you record that) - right before it stops moving is the key combination that did it.

I hit some key combination in an ARAM that caused my mouse to freeze, whenever I clicked a button, it made the noise like there was a dialog/error message that I needed to close and was clicking outside of it, but I couldn't see one. I couldn't alt-tab to figure out what was going on (same windows error sound). I had to ctrl-alt-delete and shut the client down and restart. When I restarted, the client wouldn't let me scroll right - it went to my other monitor like it wasn't captured (although left scroll worked?).

This was the biggest bug I've seen in this game (100% stoppage, unrecoverable, during gameplay, persisted through client restart) - had to report. Please check my last game log. I'm not going to play again until I hear feedback so that this is easier to trace.

I have no idea what key combination did it.

I use NVidea overlays - it's possible it's not ya'll but how they're interacting with the game environment - but either way, this needs to be tracked down and fixed asap.. Whether that's ya'll, or ya'll telling NVidea to fix their stuff.
