[Gameplay] Seeing enemies starting items, at the start of games

When starting a game of league, If you switch internet connection, you will be able to see the enemies items when u dont see them on the map. I was able multiple times to see the enemies items, and i could ping them in my chat with my allies to see aswell.

1. Join the game,
2. When in game switch internet connections, to a different modem and rejoin the game
3. You will be able to see the enemies starting items

Ive done this multiple times to see if it really works or its a one off thing, It does work all the time, i feel like this is a unfair advantage, and People like a fun and fair game, You are able to see enemies items.
