Jinx's W is bugged!

I recently encountered a bug with Jinx and her W Skill Zap! When the skill is activated you see the warning shot but right when she fires, you do not see the bullet fire. Because of this it looks like you've been hit by nothing and it just slowed for no reason. Please fix as it made it harder to dodge or know when it is coming.
