Left Clicking bug

Ever since I installed 5.22 I'm unable to left click properly. For instance when i want to buy items at the store i have to click them 3 or more times or when i want to ping I have to do the motion 2 or 3 times. I cant open the store by left clicking on it. I cant single click to grab my mini map rectangle to move it around map. I have to double or triple and I can't free roam my map by pushing my mouse to edge of screen. This is very inconvenient any tips or solutions??

(This is my first post dunno if its correct place or format)
