[GAMEPLAY] Cassiopeia visual bug

[UPDATE] *** Link to the replay on OP.GG *** na.op.gg/match/observer/id=1937757299

I believe this is patch 5.16, and so i was playing a normal game. The link is the screenshot of the after game, because i have no idea how to rewatch my game. Anyways, when cassiopeia used her w, the purple poison thing, it would cast but u wouldnt see the purple thing. Um like u can see her throw it, but u wouldnt see the purple thing on the ground but it would still do damage to you if you happen to walk over it. Jinx noticed it too when i pointed it out. So yeh, hopefully this isnt just a bug on my side.
