Jinx "Q" Bug

If you're Jinx and you're in your rocket stance with Fishbones, but then you run out of mana and have anything less than 20 mana, sometimes you're unable to use Q to toggle back to Pow-Pow. Basically you'd have to wait until you have enough mana for a Fishbones autoattack just to be able to use Pow-Pow again. Normally you'd just automatically go back to using Pow-Pow if you're oom. This was happening to me early on in a game tonight, where I couldn't toggle my Q even though I should've and had no mana for using the rocket stance anyhow (I literally could not even autoattack with Fishbones as a result).
