[GAMEPLAY] Corki spawns with 7 instead of 4 rockets.

Corki is supposed to spawn with 4 rockets. Instead, he spawns with 7. Wiki Source & Riot Source

Instead, he's currently spawning with 7 rockets. I've attached a video in the top depicting the bug.

To see this for yourself:

1. Hit level 6.
2. Use all rockets (to better show yourself that he spawns with 7 rockets).
3. Die, and watch yourself respawn with 7 rockets.

Now, what could be happening is that he gaining 4 rockets. The video shows that is not the case. If he gained 4 rockets, I would instead spawn with 6 rockets, as I generate 2 rockets during the death timer. I spawn with a flat 7 rockets.

TL;DR Corki spawns with 7 rockets instead of the correct 4 rockets.
