Pool Party Taric megaphone sound.

Hello Riot, just wanted to bring something to your attention. Love the new Taric skin btw, it's just 2 + Ctrl and 4+ Ctrl have no megaphone sound when used, his laugh/talking.

Pool Party Taric's random auto talking during the match also has no megaphone sound, wasn't sure if this was intentional or not.
