Visual bug for Aurelion Sol

Whenever I play Aurelion Sol, his stars appear to be unaligned. What I mean by this is that on my screen, the stars have hit the minion, but the damage occurs a second later. This also applies with his W, I activate it, I see that the stars have hit, but it takes a second to hit. I average at about 80 FPS and 42-44 ms. I disconnect and reconnect, and it fixes, but then about 3 minutes it starts bugging itself again. I think it's something wrong on my side, as I also have other visual problems. For example, I can't see Xayah Q, and Jinx R is super weird and is invisible until it hits me. I would really appreciate help seeing as I really enjoy playing Aurelion Sol.
