[Patch 5.13] (Tahm Kench Patch) Client wont load

Hello anyone who may be reading this, I cannot load my client this has happened to me before but I've fixed it and now again it doesn't work, Sketch:

  1. I opened my League of Legends application (Run as Administrator)
  2. A shiny logo of league appears for about 5 seconds then disappears.
  3. Then, a darker logo of league appears and stays.
  4. It wont load after even 2 hours.
  • Part of the silver bar is lightening up but, I do not know what that means.

I do think this bug has to do with the patch of Tahm Kench.

If you need me to add any other information needed please comment down in this post below

Edit: After I posted this thread, my client worked. I will inform you if things seem not to work. ~ InfHD | North America Azir
