Client Froze at Opponent's Ban Phase, but Chat still worked. [BUG]

I was at Champion Banning phase when the opponent's champion for banning showed on the screen. It hit 0 and never moved....yet my chat client worked and my teammates told me to ban the next champion, but the thing was - I couldn't. I was not given an option to enter a champion name to ban nor even shown anything besides the champion selected for the opponent's previous ban. Did this ever happen to anyone else? I had Utorrent running passively (no downloads), but I have Verizon FIOS 75/75. and the only PC running in my house at 1AM EST. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, since the forums changed a lot (UI) since the last time i've posted here. The most annoying thing was that the client gave me "An Error has occurred" message after it booted me from the room and penalized me for 5 minutes, when it wasn't exactly my fault (And it even recognized there was an error!)
