Wierd Gaameplay graphics

So is anybody else having a problem were they go into a game and the whole game looks like its using some cheap 3d overlay on everything. My whole game when i go into a match has this weird red and blue overlay thing. the weird part is a recorded a game to show to riot but when i checked the footage my game play appeared absolutely normal. Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this.
