Xin Zhao triggering Q versus inhibitors does not deplete the stacks.

When triggering Q, the attack speed and extra damage done versus inhibitors does not fully drop the counter of stacks from 3 to 0 like it normally would versus any other structure/person. I believe this to be a bug due to the fact it does not lower the stacks on only one structure, and it depletes it for others.
