Jarven passive bug [GAMEPLAY]

During an ARAM I was unable to strike opponents with my basic attacks when my passive was active. I was playing on Butchers Bridge with the Dragon Slayer skin from the RP boost. Sometimes it seemed as though the attack would go through, though no animation would occur.

1.Be able to apply passive 2. Try to strike enemy 3. Strike would not apply damage, or animation would not go through

Played a Dominion with normal skin as I do not own Dragon Slayer. Problem did not persist.
