Minions don't move and Thresh can fly!

So, i was playing League the other day and i noticed few bugs here and there. I also happened to hear that you will accept people to the pbe if they constantly send you bugs. That's what I'm going to be doing from now on. One bug that i found for instace, was in patch 5.23. In various matches, a minion would stand still doing nothing. You could still kill it but it wouldnt move. Another bug is that if you are playing and a e's you while you are "flying" towards your target, you will go way up in the air, and won't be able to see . The minion thing will happen occasionally but not in every single game and i don't think that there's a way to make that bug happen. The Thresh bug however can happen anytime you try to do the stuff that I wrote above
