I got told I couldn't leave games?

Hi everyone,

I was playing a game, and then I couldn't load in because it was taking too long and it said I couldn't connect. I tried again and we won that game and I think I did pretty well but I still got Leaverbuster??? It said I had to type "I Agree" I won't leave any more games but I never even left I just couldn't connect wth
