Unable to Change Keybinds in Practice Tool for "Win The Game" or "Stack Tear"

The Practice Tool section in the Hotkeys menu lacks any option to change the keybinds of "Win The Game" or "Stack Tear." I might have a keybind I want to set to [Ctrl + Shift + .] and I wouldn't be able to use those keybinds in the practice tool because it would end the game and I wouldn't be able to unbind it. This is a problem if I want to practice using these certain keybinds in the Practice Tool.
