[GAMEPLAY] Sivir spellshield does not protect from damage
Playing as Sivir recently, I noticed that every now and then, the spellshield will not ignore the damage from enemy spells. When it happened to me, the animation worked and I got mana, but I also received damage from the enemy spell. It has happened more than once in a game.
As far as I know, it stops grabs and cc still but there are times where it will not ignore the damage.
's spell shield has been doing that for a long time now maybe you could make a list of the spells it didn't block? For me I've noticed it doesn't block 
's Q (not sure if the shield is even supposed to proc though.) and initial damage on E. BTW I'm talking about the spell shield going off getting mana back but still taking the damage. Also if you get hit with 2 spells at the same time sometimes it blocks every effect on both.
