Clash game lost before we even got in

Me and my friends were queing up for a game, everyone was present and the que timer started ticking. Then suddenly without any warnings we just got kicked out and now it says we lost the game. And when i searched for the enemy team we were supposed to play against then it turned out they hadn't won either. Please fix this bug and remove our loss so that we can go again. It's not ok to lose because of this bug.

Same thing happened to us in the final stage of the bracket. Riot WTF we waste our evening in front of a PC to play this "New, fun and competitive" mode that you promote to us... And that's what we get. Thanks a lot !!!

same with my team. Rito i swear if you dont fix this.......... We didnt even get the chance to rekt these kids, how am i supposed to feel better with myself now? Please, the clash initiative is great but it needs to work properly. takatakas, best lee eune
