Visual glitches in Champ Select

Hello.

Recently ran into this visual glitch. Happened at random with no changes to my computer nor the game whatsoever. What happened was the 'Match Found' circle showed up and hence I clicked accept, and it took me to the champ select screen but the circle remained there with no text and the full blue circle (see image).

When i hit the accept button on this glitched circle, random ban dialogues of champions were played. (one per click, at a random champion) Nothing seems to function except for the team chat box at the bottom left corner.
