[CLIENT] can't connect to chat, play again doesn't work either.

When I log in all i get is " You've been disconnected from chat attempting to reconnect..." and that's it and it never connects no matter how many times i restart the client. After playing a game and hitting to play again it won't do anything and I have to restart the client each time I want to play another game.

Did you run the hextech repair tool? Or try rebooting your computer?
