Ekko Q (GAMEPLAY

Ekko q passes through units without applying dmg or the stacking debuff when the unit is moving towards you. Has happened with minions while trying to clear a wave and has also happened with champions while team fighting, kiting etc. have no screenshots or anything just a little frustrated and figured I would report it in case nobody else has.
