League won't do anything after victory screen

After I finished a game of pvp the nexus blew up as usual and only the text for the victory screen came up. No emblem came only the text with continue. I clicked continue and it didn't respond. My cursor works but I can't use task manager and it has been like this for an hour. It only went away when I had to restart my computer entirely.
