[GAMEPLAY] Rek'sai Sated Devourer + Q Bug

with 
- Aquire Sated Devourer and Red Buff
- Use Q and basic attack
As you see Red Buff (and debuffs like it) is applied to yourself when phantom hit and Q is proc'ed

ploki1221 votesHe means whatever patch is next. Right now there probably isn't a 5.24b/5.25 planned, which would make it 6.1, but if a hotfix is required for something else this will be shipped alongside the hotfix.

She has no synergy with the item at all.
