THIS BUG HASN"T ALLOWED ME TO PLAY FOR OVER A MONTH

•Head into the game’s installation directory: Riot Games/League of Legends/RADS/system/ •Launch user.cfg using any text editor (Notepad, Word) •Locate the following line: leagueClientOptIn = yes •Change it to the following: leagueClientOptIn = no •You’re done!

I can't get passed the third step. I don't see •Locate the following line: leagueClientOptIn = yes •Change it to the following: leagueClientOptIn = no

HELP PLEASE. I haven't played league for a month because of a bug causing my screen to black in out upon launch.
