[gameplay] blank scoreboard always shown
As I was playing an ARAM, an empty scoreboard appeared immediately when the game began, and did no go away for the entire game. It was not clickable or exitable by Esc. Bringing up the scoreboard didn't remove it. Tabbing out of the game did not change anything either. It did not come up next game.
