Lunar Revel shop

I loaded up the Lunar Revel skin shop and got Crimson Elite Riven. I logged out about 2 hours later and that skin was back to the locked phase like I hadn't opened it yet. I did it and now it is Redeemed Riven. This a new twist or a bug?
