[GAMEPLAY] Bug Report: Rammus Taunt Ignored

One time occurence, rammus taunt is not working as intended on target. I can't seem to replicate the issue with lee sin, any other champion regardless of GA or not but the video I have here clearly shows that rammus taunt's the targets. The target appears to be taunted but simply walks away and then dashes further away resulting in a lost teamfight and the end of the game. Unfortunate.
