EUW Down and now Ranked is down, without any (!) Comments?

title says it all? The entire server was down for a fair while, and now you can log on but ranked is disabled without any kind of dev comments?

Riot have now added two blue (!) comments. Neither of which talking about the status of Ranked queue?
