[Gameplay]Miss Fortune's Impure Shots (Strut Bonus)

Miss Fortune's 'Impure Shots' is supposed to give max strut stacks but sometimes this is not the case. The strut icon goes to 70 when activated, but her movement speed does not gain this immediate strut bonus. Instead, her movement speed slowly goes up. For example, when you die as Miss Fortune and respawn at base, pressing W does not provide the immediate full 70 movement speed. I don't know if this was intentional, but the 'Impure Shots' tooltip states that she should get max strut when activated. Also, sometimes when I get damaged in lane and lose my strut stacks, pressing W does not provide the max strut movement speed bonus either. Although this does not happen all the time, it does still happen occasionally.
