So much effort for nothing

I've been trying to find this logs (non-existent) so I can report a bug to riot. I've been playing for many years now and have played on many different computers. But at least once a month for over 3 years after logging in, my lol launcher will not display my match history page. No matter how many refreshes, re-logins, restarts I preform I am still unable to see my match history. This is getting very very very old. Not 1 time for all of this inconvenience over many years have they compensated me anything for not being able to access my match history. Nor have they fixed it in all this time or placed an apology to the public anywhere I have seen for the inconvenience. With all the time it took to not find the logs part of preference's and then to finally find this place and to additionally take the time to post the issue rather than just move on, I could have played an entire match. So thanks for constantly getting me to waste my time to no avail riot. And surly there will be someone who will state what's considered the proper place to go and post this kind of stuff, but I'm not wasting any of my additional time. If that turns out to be the case then feel free to post the problem there for the rest of us. (And yes I did try all of the suggestions I could find to try and get the match history to display.) (And yes I do play bots to experience penta-kills with many different champs.)
