I'm apparently in two games at once?

I was in a game with a friend, and it disconnected around 15-16 minutes in. We know it is not our internet, as everything else works, and pinging the riot servers doesn't show any trouble - so it's something on the game end.

To see if it would help, my friend closed the client and restarted, hoping to rejoin, but it did not recognize him as being in a game. He then tried to add me to a lobby, because the client doesn't show me being in game. I joined that lobby and we found a game, and it let me go into champ select. Thought someone should know about this in case it's an issue.
