bug in my account

hi, I have a problem tried to buy runes of energy at level 1 and in the store i get error when trying to buy if you could help me with that bug please the message that i find when i am goin to buy is "an error has occurred you have tried to buy or you already have more than the maximum amount of this object" but i have 1 rune of energy at level 1 of the glyph type
