[CLIENT] Timer Bug

I've been having an issue, both when joining games and in banning and champ select phase, where the timer appears to be significantly off. So far I've been kicked out of matchmaking several times, sometimes after pressing accept, sometimes without even seeing the popup. I've also been booted from champ select either by missing my ban or champ select turn entirely as I watch someone's timer count down to zero and stay there or by having less time to select than my timer actually shows. I haven't been having any significant lag in game so I don't think this is a problem with lag or computer issues on my end. I did not have anything else open but a text editor, and I've had the bug occur when nothing but the client was open.
