Lancer Rogue/Paragon Blitz Skins Still Unavailable

Title says it all. Was super hype to pick one of these skins up today. Let the game patch, restarted it once for good measure, then went to the store and ... Saw that the skins are still unavailable. Not really sure what happened here but they're definitely still unable to be bought/unlocked.
